Shipping & Returns

If you're not happy with your nail wrap, we'll make it right and send you a replacement set. If there are product defects then a refund can be initiated. Please shoot us an email at hello@youglow.in.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@youglow.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Any additional cost relating to shipping, express shipping, COD charges will not be refunded.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or purchases made with coupon codes. Any additional cost relating to shipping, express shipping, COD charges will not be refunded.
